The famous Professor Michael Byram (see bio in this link), well known for his works in intercultural studies, language teaching and comparative education and author of many books including, most recently, Teaching and Assessing Intercultural Communicative Competence; Language Teachers, Politics and Cultures (with Karen Risager); From Foreign Language Education to Education for Intercultural Citizenship; and is the editor of the Routledge Encyclopedia of Language Teaching and Learning will be given a conference in La Plata. The event will take place on 14th September at Salòn de Actos del Colegio San Cayetano (44, e/29 y 30) from 9am to 12. The entrance is free.
